Chaste Inegbedion is a human-centered technologist and global governance innovator working at the intersection of AI systems, public health, climate security, and institutional trust-building. As the Head of Happiness at ConcordeApp, he is reengineering how governments, corporations, and global convenings generate value from relationships and collaborations. ConcordeApp’s AI-powered Relationship OS and ConcordeGreen climate intelligence tool help leaders transform conferences, policy dialogues, and diplomatic engagements into measurable outcomes aligned with WEF’s priorities of digital trust, resilience, and inclusive growth. Chaste also serves as the Head of Failure and Social Experiments at the Semaform Foundation, where he builds civic technology that strengthens transparency, accountability, and digital public goods for civil society. His work helps NGOs and public sector institutions use AI to create more equitable, more responsive systems for communities worldwide. Over the last decade, Chaste has also been widely known as “The Padman”, serving as the Chief Period Officer at Sanicle.cloud, where he championed menstrual and menopause wellness across workplaces. His leadership helped employers integrate menstrual health benefits, data privacy, and gender-inclusive wellness into organizational culture. His commitment to dignity, equity, and women’s health has influenced both policy conversations and corporate wellness strategies in the United States and Africa. His cross-sector experience includes impactful roles at Amazon, AT&T, and Paycom, grounding his leadership in operational discipline, data-driven thinking, and a deep understanding of the workforce. He is also the author of two influential works: The Period Passport, a guide advancing menstrual equity, and BOMESI, a cultural and media storytelling project amplifying African creative identity. Chaste’s public life began even earlier as an MDGs-trained educator and NYSC peer leader for HIV/AIDS prevention in Northern Nigeria. That experience taught him that systems, not slogans, change lives—and it set him on a lifelong journey to build the infrastructure of social resilience. Since then, he has participated in major global convenings, including UNGA Week, COP Summits, the Fast Company Innovation Festival, Africa-focused technology and governance forums, and UN digital transformation dialogues.
